Workshop Unlocking Publication Success: Manuscript Preparation, Peer Review, and Beyond

The workshop is aimed at both early-career researchers and experienced scientists. It will provide practical insights into the scientific publishing process, including manuscript preparation, journal selection, peer review, editorial decision-making, publication ethics, AI-assisted writing tools, research integrity, open science, and strategies to increase the visibility of published research. The editor is also happy to tailor parts of the workshop to the interests of the audience.

The workshop will consist of a one-hour presentation followed by a Q&A session and an informal networking session with drinks and snacks, sponsored by the GDCh. This will provide an opportunity to ask questions and discuss publishing directly with the journal editor.
