Organometallic Flow Chemistry at Scale - A Highly Atroposelective Negishi Coupling Enables the Commercial Manufacturing Process of Divarasib

This webinar will focus on a novel atroposelective Negishi coupling process developed for large-scale manufacturing. Attendees will learn about the successful isolation of a late-stage advanced intermediate as a single isomer without the need for chromatography, as well as a continuous process that eliminates cryogenic conditions in the production of divarasib—a promising KRAS G12C inhibitor currently in Phase III clinical trials.
