EurJIC-Wöhler Young Investigator Prize 2026
The Wöhler Association for Inorganic Chemistry, a division of the German Chemical Society, and the European Journal of Inorganic Chemistry (EurJIC) are pleased to announce the Call for Nominations for the EurJIC-Wöhler Young Investigator Prize 2026!
The prize will be awarded to an early career researcher of any nationality who has completed a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Chemistry, for an excellent scientific publication in a field within inorganic chemistry. The selected original research article, in which the candidate appears as one of the correspondence authors, should have been published within two years before the nomination. The nominee will be an independent researcher, but not yet in an established (or tenured) academic or industrial position.
Candidates can be nominated by researchers in industry or academia with responsibility in an appropriate field. Only in exceptional cases will self-nominations be considered. The EurJIC-Wöhler Young Investigator Prize is an international award, and nominations are welcome for candidates of all nationalities, races, genders, sexual orientations and countries of residence.
