Innovations in the International Year of Chemistry

Within the International Year of Chemistry, the Austrian Chemistry Days will provide a forum for presentation and discussion of recent progress in all areas of chemistry and chemical technologies. The program will consist of plenary lectures given by internationally recognized scientists as well as of oral and poster presentations. The Austrian Chemistry Days will also be a special opportunity for young chemists to present their scientific results.

In the past the Austrian Chemistry Days had been organized in cooperation with the chemical societies of Slovakia, Slovenia, and the Czech Republic. Members of these societies are particularly welcome to participate once again in the Austrian Chemistry Days in 2011. As in recent years, the language of the conference will be English.
